My Role
I worked with the Product Manager, Front-end Developer, and Backend Architect to create an ambassador management tool that allowed Lululemon to easily search, add, update, and remove ambassadors. Up until this point, individual stores were managing ambassadors using manual methods like spreadsheets, which created troubles for stores looking to find specific ambassadors based on specific criteria.
As a core part of the managment experience, store managers can add new ambassadors, filter ambassadors based on a broad range of criteria. and can view individual profiles.
When accessing ambassador management on mobile, store managers can filter using an
easy-to-use and focused overlay.
From the ambassador profile view store managers can view ambassador details and, update personal information, and change the ambassador status.
From the ambassador profile, store managers can add, view, and delete available promotional images for a given ambassador.
Results
The result was a responsive online management tool that allows store managers to quickly and easily add and manage the growing community of ambassadors. Since launch, Lululemon has used the ambassador management tool to successfully add 2,000 ambassadors across 300+ stores in North America.
